Raised in the Midwest, Yvette Harrold has traveled all over the world and lived in South Africa for five years where she completed a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand. She also holds a Masters of Education in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Georgia and is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II.

Kristine Perez-Foley

Ms. Perez-Foley works with people of all backgrounds, and partners with organizations to create inclusive cultures that promote the advancement of women and diverse professionals to all levels of leadership.  She designs and delivers high-impact leadership development programs to global industry professionals in the US and abroad, including Europe, Latin America, and Asia. In addition to her work at the organizational level, she works one-on-one with mid-level to C-suite leaders as they work to move their careers and the organizations they support forward.

Credentials: Ms. Perez-Foley holds an MS in Education from SUNY Buffalo, a BA in International Business and Spanish language from Canisius College and 24 graduate hours at La Universidad de Salamanca in Spain.

TyAnn Osborn

Consultant & Trainer

Prior to full-time coaching and consulting, Ty was the Global Director of Human Resources for the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, an organization with a $2B+ endowment dedicated to improving the lives of children in urban poverty. She has also held executive and global leadership positions for Dell (including fascinating expatriate assignments in India and China), PepsiCo Food Services, and CSC Consulting. Today she works with a variety of organizations to provide coaching and innovative solutions in the areas of strengths-based performance, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She is also a sought-after speaker for best practices in talent management.

Ty has a BBA in Economics and Management from Baylor University and an MBA from St. Edward’s University. She is certified in the Gallup Clifton Strengths assessment, and in the Culture Works Motivators assessment. She is active in the Austin non-profit community as a former board member of Central Texas Communities in Schools, a foster home for Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society, and a certified Hays County Master Naturalist.

Ty is a native of Central Texas and enjoys travel, learning about history, and tending to her ranch. She lives in Dripping Springs with her husband, 2 daughters, and 17 furry farm family members, who were all recently were featured in the documentary Pursuing Happiness.

Jason is a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach and an Everything DiSC practitioner. He is also a leader at Accomplishment Coaching, a premier International Coaching Federation coach training program.

Jason is a member of the International Coaching Federation and an active member of the ICF New York City chapter.

Prior to running his own coaching practice, Jason worked in a variety of sales, sales engineering, and management roles in the technology sector.
