All of our Working Smarter, Not Harder programs are available in self-paced online learning formats.

Individual Productivity Coaching
- One-on-one productivity coaching begins with a conversation to understand the client's productivity obstacles and performance objectives. The client is then asked to complete two proprietary assessments.
Together, the client and the Working Simply coach review the assessment and create a Productivity Coaching Plan, which includes coaching in the following areas:
- Workflow systems & processes
- Information management including email, electronic files and paper files
- Excecution and delegation systems and processes
- Time management systems and processes
- Team member coaching (executive assistants, direct reports) on new systems and processes
- Physical space organization
Manager Coaching
- This coaching training provides managers using the Working Smarter, Not Harder program with the tools they need to effectively coach their teams. This 2-hour workshop is offered in-person to managers who have completed the introductory program. Additionally, managers may enroll in one on one productivity coaching or participate in small group coaching.
Small Group Coaching
- Small group coaching is an effective way to provide support to participants who may be facing challenges in implementing new productivity strategies, or who have a desire to push their organizational competencies to the next level.
