Manager Coaching
This coaching training provides managers using the Working Smarter, Not Harder program with the tools they need to effectively coach their teams. This 2-hour workshop is offered in-person to managers who have completed the introductory program. Additionally, managers may enroll in one on one productivity coaching or participate in small group coaching.
