PRINCIPLES OF SELF-LEADERSHIP

Each segment included an instructor-led workshop, self-paced online modules and 1:1 coaching support. Working Simply also built e-Learning modules to support the leadership development of the employees not included in the Simply Leadership program. The modules included: Working Smarter, Not Harder, Email Boot Camp, Write GREAT Emails, Facilitating Online Meetings and Meeting for Results.
