Assessment and evaluation of the current meeting culture through interviews and surveys.
Intervention and training. During this phase the team members define their vision for the new meeting culture, learn how to lead a successful culture change initiative and learn meeting tactics best practices.
Behavioral integration and support. During this phase the program leaders are engaged in 1:1 executive coaching and the implementation teams are engaged in peer coaching programs.
